Daily hygiene:

Massage:
Perform circular massage of the eyelids by exerting slight pressure from the inside to the outside, then up and down for the upper eyelids and bottom to top for the lower eyelids.
The mechanical action of the massage stimulates the meibomian glands and evacuates solid secretions.
The heat :
In addition to twice-daily hygiene and the application of care, it is possible to use compresses soaked with lukewarm water applied on the closed eyelids for 1 to 2 times a day for 5 minutes.
The heat fluidifies the solid secretions and facilitates their elimination by the massage.
