Guarana is a fast-growing shrub native to Brazil and other Amazonian countries. The name of the plant comes from the Guarani, the Amerindians of the Amazon who used it traditionally.
Rhodiola is a very resistant plant that grows up to 4000 meters. It grows in cold regions of the world such as the Arctic, in the high mountains of Europe or in Central Asia and North America. It is the rhizome that concentrates the interesting compounds.
