For the hair:
2 to 3 times a week, apply the oil on all the dry hair while massaging; cover the hair with a hot towel and let stand for 1/2 hour to 1 hour; then wash the hair with shampoo.
For the nails:
Every evening at bedtime, apply a drop on each nail; then massage the nail while insisting on the cuticles.
Keep out of the reach of young children.
Keep away from heat and light.
