Home delivery :
For the moment, the carriers are providing their service within their usual times despite the lockdown :
HOME DELIVERY 4 -5 working days
DHL delivers in 24 working hours
CHRONOPOST delivers in 48 working hours
Please mind that these average times may vary from one package to another.
We are doing our utmost to ensure that you receive your orders as quickly as possible in this difficult pandemic context. We will keep you informed of any possible changes on a regular basis.
We continue to deliver overseas departments and territories, but are experiencing some disruptions.
- Delivery times may be extended (between 5 and 10 days, excluding customs clearance times)
- The package weight is limited to 10 kilos
This is due to the drastic drop in the number of commercial flights which La Poste was traditionally using for sending its mail and parcels overseas. Restrained by charter flights only, its activity is limited and may be subject to hazards.

Delivery to Belgium:
Due to the lockdown in Belgium, our Belgian service provider has informed us of a significant delay in the package processing. A return to normal is expected from the end of the week
Delivery to Ireland:
Due to the current sanitary context, our Irish service provider informs has informed us of a delay in parcel processing. They are striving, however, to do their best for the timely deliveries.
What are the delivery times?
The delivery times announced by the carriers remain unchanged for the moment.
As to the orders' preparation time, they are usually shipped the same day. Given the health context, it may take up to 48 hours.
Our logistics teams are fully mobilized to prepare your orders as quickly as possible.
No shipping costs' refund due to these possible delays will be accepted, however, given this exceptional situation
Can I request a delivery cost refund?
In the current pandemic context, carriers are facing a force majeure situation. This is why they can no longer commit to their deadlines and will not make compensation in the event of delay. No request for delivery costs' refund will therefore be accepted.
