How to use it

Adults: a measuring spoon (about 1g) in the morning on an empty stomach, under the tongue, for 4 to 6 weeks from the beginning of autumn to face the inconvenience of winter, or in case of physical and intellectual fatigue.
Not recommended for pregnant women and children under 4 years.

Children: 1/4 or 1/2 dose depending on age can be used in infants, if the taste is not appreciated, put the royal jelly in a spoonful of honey.
