The PHYSIOstrap SKI knee brace helps to stabilize the knee joint during repetitive flexion-extension movements during winter sports. How to choose your size? Measure the circumference of your knee in a semi-flexed position by placing the meter in the center of the patella.

How to use it
- Fold the elastic of the kneepad outwards. - Put your hands in the kneepad and position the "tendons" centered on the patella. Fold the knee switch back on itself to put it on. - Unfold the elastic bands without stretching the knee brace on your leg. - Adjust the kneepad in the standing position and make sure that the tendons are positioned flat.
Maintenance: Machine wash at 40 ° C or by hand (without rubbing), allow to dry naturally. Do not iron.
