Ingredients: eschscholtzia powder * (aerial part) 31.2% - dry extract of valerian * (root) 25% - vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose from tree) - cassava starch *.

2 capsules provide 250 mg of eschscholtzia and 200 mg of valerian extract.

How to use it
