How to use it

Shake before use.
At bedtime, remove the protective cap and prime the pump with gentle pressure.
Hold the bottle upright and open the mouth to aim the back of the throat and the palate. I to 4 sprays in the throat so as to form a thin layer of product on the surface of the mucosa.
Wait about twenty seconds.
Do not rinse mouth or eat after spraying.
